I had been severely let down by the current washroom company I was using... There was a timely visit from the Wooshologists introducing themselves who arranged for immediate coverage.... Within 48 hours I had a demonstration, a quote, a contract and more importantly a full installation, which I may add, was on a Sunday. There was initially a hiccup with the installation however this was rectified immediately once I had raised it.
